Have you ever been accused of being a pervert or a paedophile? A bloke sitting near me in the food court was.

I’d headed into town last Sunday for the first time in pretty much ever, and after a quick stroll past the balls I disappeared into the bowels of the Myer Centre to score a quick eat.

Cold rolls in hand, my girlfriend and I settled in an area out of the way so we had plenty for room to park the pram.

Shep, don’t kid yourself that child abuse, including sexual abuse, is not widespread in Australia. During a stint working in children’s mental health I got a real education as to what is really going on behind some closed doors.
