When you really think about it, most long-term relationships could do with a bit of third party scrutiny from time to time.
Domestic disputes would become a thing of the past if you knew thousands of other people would be judging your behaviour and haggling over whose turn it is to take the dog for a walk or which side of the family to spend Christmas with could become a bit of game:
“Sorry sweetheart, according to public opinion the fact that I did all the housework and picked you up from the pub late last week sways in favour of you looking after the kids this weekend.”
