Cabron Tax
The idea of pricing carbon emissions in some way is a great idea. But no-one in the Australian political environment seems capable of expressing why and explaining the importance and value of this move.
As usual the voters of Australia are treated to the typical political warfare that starts at the lowest common denominator and moves rapidly south from there.
Where is the vision? Great leaders throughout history have had one critical point in common, regardless of their location on the political spectrum. They had a vision and were able to clearly express that vision in a way the captures the imagination and support of the public.
