        <description>In 2003, Rob auditioned for Australian Idol.&amp;nbsp; He found himself in the Top 12 and went on reach the Top 5, on what became the highest rating TV show in history. The Top 13 went on to tour the country with packed multiple arena shows in every major Australian city.

He was signed to BMG shortly after the Idol Tour and his first single, Ms. Vanity debuted at #6 on the Australian charts, reaching Gold status.&amp;nbsp; His debut album Up All Night was released in June 2004, featuring seven co&#45;written tracks.

He has since appeared in stage shows including Grease, the Arena Spectacular, Hair and Wicked. He is currently a contestant on Dancing with the Stars.</description>

            <description>Can you believe that in 2009 we don&#8217;t allow same&#45;sex couples to get married? It happens in countries all around the world. Not just where&#8217;d you expect like Holland and Sweden. But places like Spain and South Africa. It makes Australia look a little behind.



We all have gay mates or rellies who pay their taxes and live by the law.

But when it comes to one of the most important moments of your life &#45; your wedding day &#45; the law says gays are suddenly so different they&#8217;re not allowed to have one.</description>
