The Stores Director’s role involved the high level management of 36 stores across Australia and around 9,000 employees. Don’s responsibilities include Customer Service and Sales strategies, acquisition of new stores, and media and government liaison. His work on customer service delivery was considered to be best practice. By that I mean the millions of Australian consumers who will benefit from the removal of these outdated protectionist measures.
