As CEO of the NRA, Trevor leads a national organisation that provides a range of professional services to industry and represents the interests of the retail sector (Australia’s largest employer) to governments, the media and the wider community.
Trevor is an economist and lawyer with a strong background in regulation, compliance and advocacy. He previously worked for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and as a tax policy advisor and has considerable experience in government relations.
Trevor has a deep understanding of the retail industry and its challenges, coming from a family of four generations of retailers and shopkeepers. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons).
