Jenny Brockie

Jenny Brockie is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected journalists and broadcasters. She currently hosts INSIGHT [www.sbs.com.au/insight] on SBS, a weekly forum involving more than 50 people which regularly tackles the most difficult of subjects.

Jenny has won numerous awards for her work over several decades, including the Gold Walkley for Excellence in Journalism, a Logie and two AFI Awards for documentary making.

She began her broadcasting career with ABC television and radio news, has reported extensively both nationally and internationally, and hosted The Morning Show on ABC 702 Sydney. Her ground breaking feature length TV documentary COP IT SWEET, about Sydney’s Redfern police, won five major television awards.

She tweets regularly @JenBrockie.

Insight is broadcast at 8.30pm Tuesday on SBS ONE, and is repeated at 7.30pm Wednesday on SBS TWO.
