Greg Clarke and John Dickson

Dr Greg Clarke is co-founder and Director (with John Dickson) of the Centre for Public Christianity (CPX). He has directed centres of Christian scholarship at New College, University of New South Wales and Macquarie University. Greg has a Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Sydney and his research focuses on the relationship between theology and the arts. He is an Honorary Associate of the Department of Ancient History at Macquarie University and author of several books, on topics ranging from the Bible to sex to The Da Vinci Code to the end of the world. He splits his time between writing, academic work and public lecturing. Greg lives in Sydney with his wife and their three children.

Dr John Dickson is co-Director of the Centre for Public Christianity (http://www.publicchristianity.org). He began his career as a singer/songwriter before focusing on academic studies in theology and ancient history. He is a Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Ancient History at Macquarie University where he teaches in the MA program. The author of fifteen books he is also the presenter of two TV documentaries, The Christ Files (March 08) and Life of Jesus (April 09), both shown nationally on Channel 7. He lives in Sydney with his wife and three children.
