Chrys Stevenson
Chrys Stevenson is a freelance writer and speaker with a professional background in PR and marketing. In the late 90s, as a mature-age student, Chrys graduated from Griffith University with a BA (majors in history, literature and sociology) and a first class honours degree in cultural studies.
Following her contribution to Warren Bonett’s (2010) The Australian Book of Atheism, Chrys has become a well-known advocate on issues relating to the separation of church and state.
Chrys’ work has been published in numerous newspapers and online journals. She also writes for her own blog, Gladly, the Cross-Eyed Bear. Follow her on Twitter at @Chrys_Stevenson.
In recent times, Chrys’ passionate advocacy on secular and skeptical issues has seen her interviewed on television and radio and has rekindled her interest in public speaking.
