Bridget Ahern

Bridget Ahern

Bridget first joined The Punch family in May 2011 and is still trying to find “her spot” at the rowdy and opinionated dinner table.

In a moment of weakness, someone decided Bridget could hold the fort while Lucy ran away for three weeks to get married. With big, well loved shoes to fill, Bridget is hoping to bring her A-game to the Open Thread and keep the loyal Punch readers happy until Lucy’s return.

Bridget really hasn’t done enough to merit her own biography, but since you asked, she is in the final stages of her Masters Degree at UTS, is a Radio Producer at 2GB and will be heading over to New Zealand to work at the 2011 Rugby World Cup..

She is still waiting for her Punch parents, Tory and Ant to serve her dinner.

From: They must pay for one’s bitter disappointments

Michael S says:

"A teacher at Geelong Grammar had criticised her for using words that were too long, which had left her confused and had made her doubt her ability to write essays. She became ''quite distressed'' when her English marks began to fall." I can sympathise. My scholastic mentors conveyed to me a causal relationship… [read more]

Change Up! says:
