Ainslie MacGibbon is a freelance journalist and writer, who is published in the Sydney Morning Herald, New Matilda and various magazines. In a previous life she worked for the Royal Commission into the NSW Police Service (paedophile reference), the police and ASIO - yet has no immediate interest in writing about any of it. Instead, writing about the environment, education, health and children - preferably a combination of the four - float her boat. Oh, and she is mum to three awesome kids.
