Tiresome listening to the opposition all reading from the same script - do they have any policies or alternatives….what a joke!

The only thing more tiresome is hearing the government all reading from the same script to defend policy gone bad and bad press.

The danger in announcing policies is that the Government will steal them and claim them as their own ‘07 style.

lame opposition today, even more lame than yesterday.  they don’t sound as convinced by their anti-RSPT arguments.  And, what is it about the opposition’s points of order?  they are vacuous and make them look like sooky la-las, “please don’t criticise us, we might shatter.”

As I understood things RD, the concept of question time is not to provide an opportunity to criticise the opposition as you seem to think, but a time to hold Ministers and the Government accountable for their actions/inactions.  Maybe I’m wrong, maybe it’s supposed to be an opportunioty for the government to waste oxygen with pointless gibes at the opposition for LNP preselection processes that have nothing to do with the business of Government.

Not just the LNP business but all of their points of order including Bishop, Tuckey and Pyne.  Pyne has been ejected this week because he thinks points of order are opportunities to complain that his side are put upon.  it is pathetic.  It has made a flaky Govt. front bench look strong in Parliament.  Also, the opposition questions about the RSPT are just giving the PM the opportunity to wheel out often flimsy material as support for the tax.  The oppostion are telegraphing their punches.  The Opposition is blowing this week when they should be nailing it and reinforcing the feeling they are not yet ready for Government
