A Sydney kebab shop have added camel to their menu. The affectionately named “hump steak” goes for around $6 a slice and according to the spruikers, Ali and Abbas Jaber, people are going “nuts” for the taste. “If you like red meat then you will love camel,” the Jabers’ told The Daily Telegraph. And apparently it tastes a lot like lamb.
It’s hard to imagine anything tougher than camel meat. Not to mention hairy. But what’s the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? And welcome to Friday.
