22 aslum seekers boats have arrived in just over 2 months of this year, and thsi is the time of year up north where the weather usually deters this occuring. So i will leave it your imagination about what going to happen from April on maybe 2 a day or boats with 200 plus on all feasable now we have virtually opened our Northern borders to all comers.

In germany over the last 10 years 2 million refugees have been accepted, of that the Government estimates only 30 000 are currently in full time employment.

I wonder what the percentage is here, we are spending millions on welfare and the cost of Xmas Island per month now must be running into the millions whilst 50% of Aboriginal children DIE before age 5. And Aboriginal men live on average 14 years less than the average white male. To me charity begins at home first. No more Asylum seekers should be allowed across our border without an invitation. We need a referendum at the next election on immigration to put some steel in our weak kneed politicians.

      Annie,

      What do you suggest?

Machine gun them, blow them out of the water. How about barbed wire at the high water mark, sound good to you?

Who’s fault is it that so many early Australians are dying?
      Come on Annie, tell us?

      Omegaman,

You need to learn, I never joke and I’m never serious. Life is a combination anfdalways has been. People like Annie, whinge but never offer any practical suggestions.

Omegaman, if this was seen by the majority of Australians, as serious we’d do some thing about it. We don’t, we just talk, so it’s not important at all.

“Blowing them out of the water” is rather coarse terminology but it should definitely be the preferred option.
I’m not a PR expert but I think this would have the biggest impact in getting the message out that they are not welcome here.
Suggestions like machine gunning them are just stupid and not productive and its not really funny that JOhn makes a joke of such a serious problem.

It's a Sydney thing, but 95.3FM... Why? It used to be all Bohemian Rhapsody and Walk this Way; now it's Father to Son and Country Road. Wah.
